Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Paradise Graphic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, design consultations, printing, fabrication, signage installations, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or communicating with us.
  • You may not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Orders, Payments & Billing

  • All orders are subject to approval and availability.
  • A confirmed quotation or purchase order is required before any work begins.
  • Payment terms must be agreed upon before the commencement of work. We accept UPI, NEFT, and cash payments.
  • A 50% advance payment may be required for custom jobs. The balance must be paid upon delivery or before installation, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Turnaround Times & Delivery

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the job type and complexity.
  • Delivery schedules will be shared and confirmed with clients upon finalization of artwork and approval.
  • Paradise Graphic is not liable for delays caused by courier services, third-party vendors, or force majeure events.

4. Revisions & Proofing

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before printing.
  • We are not liable for errors in the final output once the proof has been approved.
  • Any revisions after approval may incur additional charges and may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any content, logos, designs, or branding provided to us.
  • By submitting materials, you confirm you have the legal right to use them and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
  • We retain ownership of design templates or creative content developed in-house unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing before the production process begins.
  • No refunds will be provided for custom orders once production has started.
  • If a cancellation is approved prior to production, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days, minus any administrative or design fees.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • All products are inspected before delivery. Notify us within 48 hours of defects or damage.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or third-party involvement.
  • Our liability is limited to the reprinting or replacement of the defective product, not exceeding the order amount.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your data.

9. Modifications to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Faridabad courts.
